Routes in to teaching
There are a wide variety of routes in to teaching:
♣The Graduate Training Programme (GTP)
♣School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT)
♣Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE)
♣Open University (OU)
If you are thinking of applying to train as a teacher it is important for you to check what type of qualifications and experience of working in schools you will require.
