Continuous training for all staff

Our staff have a key role to play in effecting growth and positive change in themselves and the world around them.   We see all staff as leaders in the learning process.

Therefore, training aims to cultivate understanding not only of how to react to change, but also how to bring it about. Most importantly, we aim to bring about the growth of the each individual.
